This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between A-1 Business Group, hereinafter referred to as "Company," and the user of Company's services, hereinafter referred to as "Client." This Agreement governs the use of the Company's website and the services provided by the Company.

By accessing or using the Company's website and services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the Client disagrees with any part of the terms, they may not access the website or use the services.

 

2. Services

The Company provides tax preparation and related financial services. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of these services. The Company reserves the right to refuse services for any reason.

The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all client information. The Client acknowledges that the Company may use third-party service providers to assist in the provision of services, and consents to the disclosure of necessary information to such providers.

4. Payment and Fees

The Client agrees to pay all fees and charges associated with the services as outlined in the fee schedule provided by the Company. Payment is due upon completion of the services. Failure to pay may result in the withholding of deliverables.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Company's website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from such content without the Company's express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the use or inability to use the Company's services.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.

 

8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client is responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the website and services after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the Client must cease using the Company's services, and any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.

By using the Company's website and services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
